AV8FLY collects your email address, signup page, consent date and confirmation date when you request the free AV8 Weekly Briefing. We use these details to confirm your address, deliver one briefing every Friday, keep your subscription preferences and notify the AV8FLY operator about confirmed signups. Newsletter consent is separate from an AV8FLY account.

Email delivery uses Resend. Subscription records are stored in the site's database, and editorial content is stored in the site's storage. We do not sell your newsletter email address. We retain consent and delivery records to operate the newsletter and honor unsubscribe requests.

Use the unsubscribe link in any briefing to stop future deliveries without signing in. To request access to or deletion of your newsletter information, contact AV8FLY through the site's contact options or write to AV8FLY, 459 North County Highway 395, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.

The site may measure aggregate signup events through its existing analytics. Your email address is not included in those analytics events.
